He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Kelly; and his sister Mary. He is survived by: his wife Rozanne; his children, Patty Forestiere (Paul), Dave (Brenda) and Army Douglas (Debi); his grandchildren, Amy (Shane), Annie, Paul, Chrissy, Emma, Matthew and Hannah; and his brothers, James and Girard. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, brothers & sisters in-law, and cousins.
