He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Louis and Eileen; his wife Alice Stout (Ryan); his children, Kathleen Wessman (Richard), Thomas Stout (Linda Brinen), Yvonne Petitti and Louis Stout; and his grandchildren, Christina Wessman, Elizabeth Wessman, Jared Brinen-Stout, Samantha Petitti, Ryan Petitti, Nicole Stout, Sarah Stout and Matthew Stout.
