He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Effinger and Loretta Dailey Effinger; his sister Loretta Rockell; his wife Caroline Matzke Effinger; his children, Bonnie Stewart (Scott), John, Peggy Kelley (Jerry), Glen, Brian (April), Suzanne Loucks and Genevieve Scrivens (Michael); and his grandchildren, Jessica of Suzie, AJ, Christian, Amber, Heather, Summer and Nathan.
