She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Gowdy and Nicoline Gowdy; and her husband James J. Fleming. She is survived by: her sons, Todd (Dianna) and Stephen Fleming (Elizabeth); and her grandchildren, Hannah, Tyler and Alice. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. John the Evangelist Church in her memory. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Joan G. Fleming 's name.
