She is survived by: her husband Kevin Slattery; her children, Ronald, Timothy Shamp and Elizabeth Hampton (John); her grandchildren, Lukas, Noah, Tim Jr. and Maddie; her mother Hazel Siddons; her stepfather-in-law Dave Charles; and her siblings-in-law, Lynne Ciufo (Jim), John Slattery (Terri) and Tim Slattery. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.
