He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sr. Mielnicki and Anne Mielnicki; and his sisters, Ann Marie LeBeau and Evelyn Lucca. He is survived by: his wife Marie Mielnicki (Magliozzi); his daughters, Lisa O'Neal (Michael), Andrea Wine (Larry) and Raelyn Portka (David); his grandchildren, Bryan O'Neal (Jami), Alisa Andrews (Kyle), Jessica Wine, Brandon Wine, Delaney Portka and Gabrielle Portka; his great grandchildren, Addyson, Jayla Rae, Amaya and Presley; and his sister-in-law Joan Magliozzi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
