He was predeceased by: his daughter Marlene Marie Orbaker (Laney). He is survived by: his wife Marlyn Zemaitis; his children, Karen Narrod (Edward), Keith Zemaitis (Carol) and Kevin Zemaitis (Lisa); and his siblings, Anne Barton (Tom) and Ronnie Zemaitis (Molly). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center or St. Jude Children's Hospital in his memory.
