He is survived by: his wife Paula Payne; his siblings, Ron Payne (Sherryl), David Payne (Mary) and Diane DeCarlo (John); and his brothers-in-law, Gordie Williams (Kathy), Rick Williams (Linda) and Doug Williams (Flo). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
