He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, David J. (Nga), Laurie and Bob (Leslie); his grandchildren, Adam, Christopher, Nicholas, Hannah, Madalyn and Jack; and his sisters, Rosemarie Sciolino and Jean Donahue.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center in David's memory.
