He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Anderson and Leroy Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Anderson; his daughters, Kate Anderson (Chris Liston), Joan Anderson and Beth Forman (Andrew); his granddaughters, Isabel Liston, Jane Forman and Anna Forman; his friends, David and Patricia; his brother Bill (Nancy); and his granddaughters, Annika and Janey. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, cousins & dear friends.
In 2005, David and Patricia were honored with the Crystal Heart Award for their outstanding contributions to the House.
