She is survived by: her husband James E Merk; her stepchildren, James Merk Jr. and Kim Braggins; her siblings, Pamela Foubister (Andy), Phillip McCann and Sharon McGrath (Tom); her niece Mallory Morales (Peter); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Gabriella and Peter Marco; her niece Amelia Foubister; her close friend Kathy Serafine; and also, Michael Tuttobene (Heather), Nicholas, Drew Foubister, Nick McGrath, Matt McGrath and Connor McCann. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made made to Multiple Sclerosis Foundation in her memory.
