Carol Ann Preiss Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carol Ann Preiss of Greece, New York, born in Rochester, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 10, 2025 at the age of 78. She was predeceased by: her sister Shirley Gaesser (Walter); her uncle John P. Vallely (Elaine); and also Albert. She is survived by: her friend Louise (Catherine); her brothers, William (Katie) and Richard Preiss (Monica Rasmussen); her cousin Kathy Clark (Peter); her nieces and nephews, Mary Gaesser, Karen Gaesser (Linda), Christine Clock (Seth), Michael (Kathy), Edward (Valerie), James (Rona), Daniel, Ronald Gaesser (Robin Neal), Benjamin (Lynn), Andrew (Evie) and Jonathon Preiss (Nicole); and her pet River. She is also survived by several cousins, great nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Funeral Home of Alvah Halloran & Son (2125 Chili Ave, Rochester, NY 14624).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association or your favorite Animal Rescue.
