Phillips (Great Valley, New York), born in Salamanca, New York, who passed away on March 20, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Edward Phillips; his son Leslie Phillips; and his stepsons, Joseph Rzucek and Lawrence Zbink. He is survived by: his parent Lillian Schwab Phillips; his sons, Steven Phillips of Salamanca, NY and Dale Phillips (Michelle); and his stepchildren, Debora Letson (Merritt) of Salamanca, NY and Jeffrey Rzucek (Brenda) of Canada.
