“Greetings from Thailand, Joel was a great guy but yet, a better friend. He would do anything for a friend. I first met Joel in 1987 in West palm beach, Florida. We were both working for the Palm Beach Post. Joel was the type of guy that you would instantly like because he always greeted people with a hug. He will be surely missed. Joel was a legend when it came to sales presentations for newspaper sales. My friend. I will see you in the resurrection that Jehovah God has promised. Phil Webb”
