He was predeceased by: his parents, Mazzini Lapolla and Anna Harkins-Lapolla; and his siblings, Frankie and Maryann. He is survived by: his wife Shelia Lapolla; his children, Thomas P. Lapolla Jr. (Mary), Helene Lapolla, John Lapolla (Deirdre), Joseph Lapolla (Lisa) and Brian Lapolla; and his brother Joseph Lapolla.
