We are sad to announce that on April 13, 2021, at the age of 74, Joseph Garbie of Great Kills, New York, born in Manhattan, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Lucy Garbie; and his brother Carl Garbie (Maria Teresa). He is survived by: his wife Ann Catherine Garbie; his children, Jennifer Garbie, Elizabeth Haramis and Lauren Hellman; his sons-in-law, Christopher Haramis and Matthew Hellman; his granddaughters, Clara and Abigail Haramis; and his siblings, Joan Parascondola, Lucielle Marcano, Thomas Garbie and Frank Garbie. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
Please be mindful due to the current State mandate that a mask must be worn at all times in the funeral home and social distancing requirements must be followed during the services. Due to the current Pandemic a strict 50 person in room policy is in effect, as well as a maximum of 100 people permitted in Church.
