It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan E. Carlino of Great Kills, New York, who passed away on November 13, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Joan may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joan touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Joseph; her children, Christopher Carlino (Nancy) and Claudia Lawrie (James); her grandchildren, Christopher, Katherine and Peter; her sisters, Sister Claudia Bradshaw and Helen Menzie (late Bill); and her nephews, Anthony Carlino and Billy Menzie.
