It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James O'Keefe Sr. of Great Kills, New York, who passed away on January 20, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John O'Keefe and Helen O'Keefe; his brother John; and his son Kevin. He is survived by: his siblings, William and Helen Niederhauser; his wife Frances Hoffman O'Keefe; and his children, Suzanne, Maureen, Patricia, James, Dennis, Karren and Elizabeth. He is also survived by his family unfold with 14 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations to honor Jame's life and legacy be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
