He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Angelina; and his sister Lucille. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Monduori; his children, Deborah Agugliaro, Patricia Gerwer, Karen Ames, Joseph and Dominic Palermo; his children-in-law, John Agugliaro, Vincent Gerwer, Michael Ames, Roseann and Jennifer Palermo; and his sister Marguerite Provenzano. He is also survived by 13 loving grandchildren.
