She is survived by: her husband Alexander Macura; her sons, Leslie (Kathy) and Joseph (Theresa); her grandchildren, Sarah Jean Bolster, Joshua Macura, Joseph Macura Justin (Emily) and Kellie Macura; and her great grandchildren, Zachary Rice, Lucas Morse, Dru Bolster, Avree Bolster, Gracelynn Macura, Eliana Macura and Matthew Macura.
