He is survived by: his mother Jeanne Waters Banks of Clearwater, FL; his wife Karen; his children, David of Hartford, NY, Jennifer (Tim) of Whitehall, NY and Timothy (Deann) of Hartford, NY; his grandchildren, Dakota, Shyann, Augus, David, Dominick, Frankie, Cody, Sahara and Taylor; and his siblings, Michael Banks, Douglas Jones and Ellen Castro.
Tim enjoyed the time he spent at the Argyle Adult Day Program and missed all the "girls" there when COVID- 19 stopped the program.
