He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley L. Hurley and Mary Hurley (Hicks); and his sister Marjorie. He is survived by: his siblings, Joanne and George Hurley (Tammy) of Hudson Falls; his nieces, Samantha, Tanya and Jackie; and his nephew TJ. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews.
