He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Rathbun and Grace Rathbun (Taylor); and his siblings, Phyllis Duel, Sylvia Fontaine and Leonard Rathbun.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Rathbun; his children, James Rathbun (Linda), Tammy Parker (Kevin), Penny Paruolo (Gabe), Robert Rathbun (Colleen), Lisa Panteli, Jennifer Jones-Ruffing (Thomas), Jason Fifield (Jessica) and Janee Prevost (Joshua); his siblings, Edward Rathbun (Dorothy), Raymond Rathbun (Linda) and Bernadette Woods (Ron); and his close friends, Bill McIntyre, Wendy Hunter, Bob Jones and Bud Ritchie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
