He was predeceased by: his adoptive parents, Anna LaCross and Charles LaCross; his birth mother Virginia Mitchell; and his sisters, Bonnie Burckard and Kathy Mitchell.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Kelly-LaCross; his son Anthony LaCross of Granville; his brothers, Terry Morrison (Sharon) of Warrensburg, John Mitchell (Theresa) of Gansevoort, Robert Mitchell (Helen) of Glens Falls and Mark Mitchell (Joan) of Glens Falls; and his stepchildren, Gary, Kerry and Shari Piskothy (Lawrence Havens). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and three grandchildren.
The family suggests that memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 1 Penny Lane, Latham, NY 12110.
