She was predeceased by: her parents, Emerson Cook and Alice Cook (Benway); and her brothers, Emerson and Richard. She is survived by: her husband Mark Jurnak; her children, Tammy Bushman-Pearce of Granville, Mike (Leslie) of Granville, Thomas (Ashley Eagan) of Whitehall, James (Charity) of Granville and Brad Hanna (Nichole) of Schenectady; her siblings, Wayne Cook (Bella) of Granville and Sandy Therrien; her grandchildren, Britany Cutting, Brett, Holly, Matthew, Nathaniel Pearce, Tylor Black, Cheynne, Charley Blissit III, Logan Blissit Paul, Brad Jr., Abigail Hanna, Maisson-James and Mikaela; and her great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Andrades, Noah Cutting, Emerson Grover, Delilah Bushman, Kapri Smith, Maci and Bentley Hanna.
Covid-19 restrictions are that a mask must be worn at all time while in the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Granville Legion/ VFW Honor Guard or to the American Cancer Society in her memory. .
