She is survived by: her parent Ethel Knapp (Stoddard); her spouse Carroll J. Harrington; her children, Edward Harrington (Roseann), Terry Harrington (Nancy), Janelle Clark (Phil) and Kelly Noonan; her grandchildren, Jason Harrington (Wendy), Jordan Harrington (Mary), Haley Harrington, Luka Hurley (Nicole), Jana Wilson (Russell), Brent Bascom, Aileen Noonan, Aubrey Noonan and Abigayle Noonan; her stepgrandchildren, Kayla Noonan and Adam Clark; her great grandchildren, Raymond Harrington, Alyce Harrington, Joshua Harrington, Brayton Hurley, Brielle Hurley, Hailey Wilson and Reed Wilson; and her siblings-in-law, Catherine Knapp and Armand Harrington (Karen).
Memorial donations in Nellie's name can be made to the Bernard and Millie Duker Children's Hospital NICU at Albany Medical Center, 43 New Scotland Avenue, Albany, NY 12208 in honor of her great-grandson Jared.
