He was predeceased by: his parents, Nellie Sheeler (Chase) and Harold Sheeler; his sister Corinne Sheeler; his half-brother Robert Sheeler; and his adoptive son Wilbur Forrest.
He is survived by: his uncles, Bill and Arthur; his wife Barbara (Fabian); his daughter Holly Richards (Ed); his grandchildren, William Richard (Acacia) and Abigail Richards; his great grandchild Adeline Richards; and his brother Harold Sheeler, Jr. (Nancy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
