He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Dodge and Gertrude Dodge (Pond). He is survived by: his wife Mary Holcomb; his children, Kevin Dodge (Kris), Alise McDermott (Patrick), John Holcomb (Crystal), Kelly Holcomb and Samantha Walker; his grandchildren, Kendie Dodge of Tristin, J. D, Oakman (Grasshopper), Lindsey, Brody Holcomb and Mason Stimpson; his great grandchildren, Jameson and Rilynn; and his sisters, Lila Myer, Joanne, Aldous and Dorothy Rathbun. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
