He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Locke and Gladys Locke (Cone); his wife Mary Ann Fisher; and his son Jeffrey Alan Locke. He is survived by: his brother Keith Locke (Susan) of North Granville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
