She was predeceased by: her parents, Henrietta J. Bates and Edward L. Evans; her siblings, Darlene, Edward Jr. and Cindy; and her brother-in-law Chuck.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Moore; her children, Sue (Tim), Mark and Edward (Missy); her siblings, Norma, Donna, Raymond (Kathy) and Dorothy (Sam); her grandchildren, Corey, Hope (Seth), Kendra, Faith, Paige, Kaleb and Cooper; and her great grandchild Felicity.
