She was predeceased by: her parents, Joshua Crockett and Mary Lou Crockett. She is survived by: her son Ryan Petteys; and her siblings, Hannah Crumley and Joshua David Crockett. She is also survived by brothers and sisters in-law, and nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made in her memory to the Truthville Baptist Church.
