He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Daniel Campbell II and Olive Campbell; his brother Daniel Campbell III; his sister-in-law Judy Campbell; and his sister Sharon Campbell.
He is survived by: his children, Sheri Bourn (Greg) and Scott Campbell; his grandchildren, Trace, Taylor Bourn and Gracie Campbell; his brother Michael "Craig" Campbell (Sandy); his nieces and nephews, Daniel Campbell IV (Debra), Christopher Campbell (Chris), Michael Campbell II, Crystal Bassett (Ernie), Shelley Woodruff (Nate), Julie Appler (Chris) and Evelyn Williams; and his close friends, Louis and Kandi Ross.
