He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma Dougherty and Joseph Dougherty; and his brother David Dougherty. He is survived by: his siblings, Carol Perry of Syracuse, NY and Joseph Dougherty (Jenny) of Webster, NY; and his sister-in-law Carol Dougherty of Colorado. He is also survived by nieces & nephews; great nieces.
