He was predeceased by: his daughter Rhonda Johansson; his parents, James Gross and Matilda Gross; his siblings, Peter (late Harriet), George (late Alice), Robert "Pancho" (late Verna), Edward Gross, Mildred Baker (late Charles), Julia Frazer (late Donald) and Ann Blanchard (late Edwin); and his brother-in-law Roger.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Gross; his daughters, Christina Schulte (Tim) and Jennifer Borkmanis (Erik); his granddaughters, Sarah Schulte and Isabell Borkmanis; his sister Dorothy Gross; and his siblings-in-law, Robert, Alice Hill and Ralph Hill (late Dorothy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
