She was predeceased by: her husband Charles E. Lebrenz. She is survived by: her children, Roxanne Walter (Matthew), Kevin Lebrenz (Linda), Brian Lebrenz (Tracy) and Jody Lebrenz (Patty). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made in Margaret's name to the Grand Island Golden Age Center.
