She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Costanzo and Margaret Costanzo (Graber); her husband Leroy; her daughter Donna Marie; her granddaughter Andrea Lynn Frisina; and her siblings, Mary Gersitz (Critelli), Margie Macri and John Costanzo.
She is survived by: her children, Joanne Frisina (Franklin) of New City, NY and Gregory Pastore (Patricia) of Grand Island, NY.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
