He is survived by: his close friend Edith McKay; his sons, Lance Smith of Gardiner and Kyle (Mary Smith) of Grahamsville; his grandchildren, Keira Smith, Julianna Smith, Benjamin Smith, Mark (Rachel Stanton), Suzanne (Will Smith) and Paula (Michael Lalor); and his great grandchild Sailor Olivia Smith.
