She was predeceased by: her husbands, Thomas Terbush and Arthur Soule; and her parents, James Wicks and Grace Fox Wicks. She is survived by: her children, Kacie Terbush-Nygard (Doug) of New Jersey and Kyle Terbush of North Carolina; her stepdaughter Jody Soule Schanil (Michael) of New York; her grandchildren, Emery, Kalin, Chloe, Katie and Shawn; and her brother Jay Wicks (Jenny) of Arizona.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Cindy's memory to C.A.R.E. (Catskill Animal Rescue 236 Old Monticello Road Ferndale, NY 12734) Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Stewart-Murphy Funeral Home Jeffersonville, NY 845-482-4280.
