Patrick Flanigan Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 5, 2019, at the age of 61, Patrick Flanigan (Grafton, New York), born in Troy, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. Flanigan and Catherine (Cody); and his brother Michael Flanigan. He is survived by: his sister Kathleen Zagata (Jake) of Chelmsford, MA.; the fathers of children, Kaleigh Cavanaugh (Joseph) of Schodack, NY and Shannon Flanigan (Boulos) of Cohoes, NY.; his nephews, Brian and Mark Zagata; and his friend Lee Hess (Patty). He is also survived by many cousins and adored friends.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, to honor Pat's journey, memorial gifts can be made in his name to Turning Point of Windham County, P.O. Box 1303, Brattleboro, VT 05302, where he had been involved in peer-based recovery support.
