She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix E. Etman and Margaret M. Etman (Clancy); her husband Leonard Francis Claus, Sr.; her siblings, Franklin G. "Frank" Etman Sr. and Estella M. Schultz; and her grandson Jon Luke Beauregard.
She is survived by: her children, Leonard F. Claus, Jr. (Tina) of Grafton, Marie Gundrum (Pete) of Grafton, Joseph Claus (Barbara Ann) of Grafton and Thomas Claus (Ellen) of Pensacola; her grandchildren, Bradlee (Melissa), Colin (Sarah), Leona and Haley Claus; her stepgrandchildren, Toni Alfano, Nicole Welch (Greg) and Robert Goodspeed; and her siblings, JoAnne Morand of Jacksonville, FL and Timothy Etman (Pauline) of Grafton. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
