He was predeceased by: his parents, Sigmund Rosen and Kathleen Rosen (Danner); his brother Spencer Rosen; his nephew Wayne Rosen; and his parents-in-law, John S. and Babs Reid.

He is survived by: his son Jonathan Rosen (Casie) of Gowanda; the mother of his children Paula Rosen of Gowanda; his children, Timothy Rosen of Otto, Christopher Rosen (Jessica) of Rochester and Becky Fuchs (Eric) of Gowanda; the mother of his children Brenda Keller of North Carolina; his siblings, Stephen Rosen (Susan) of Florida, Deborah Grainge (William) of Gowanda and Linda Arnold (Richard) of Florida; his grandchildren, Dominic, Breanna, Tyler, Anthony, Weston, Jack and Leif; and his stepfather Norman Stein of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to St. Joseph's RC Church of the Gowanda Hollywood Theater in Randy's name.
