He is survived by: his father James Eddy (Gail Linda) of Collins; his wife Tina Conklin; his mother Bonnie Mattson (Mattson) of Springville; his children, Jerrick Eddy of Gowanda and Makayla Eddy of Fredonia; his stepbrother Wayne Olson (Traci) of Perrysburg; and his sisters, Kim Glass (Ken), Tammy Tomaszewski (Joe) and Tia McClain. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
