She was predeceased by: her parents, John Elvers and Julia Elvers (Lipka); her husband Robert Phillips; her stepfather Melvin Nelson; and her daughters, Robin Joy Phillips Beloat, Deborah George and Sherrie Devencenzi.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jacqueline Kucharski (Dave) and Becky Wilcox; and her brothers, Warren Elvers and Pvt. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
