He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Falk and Carol Falk (Askey). He is survived by: his brothers, Douglas Falk (Diane) of Little Valley and Eric Falk (Natalie) of South Carolina; and his nieces and nephews, Alex, Christopher, Beth Falk, Danielle Miller (Rob) and Ahmie Kokkinis (Christopher).
