She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Rastley and Edna Rastley (Taylor); her former husband Elton VanOrnum (Dick); her husband Matthew Fukes; and her siblings, Eleanor Simmons, Jean Howard (Ernest), John Rastley (Vivian) and Don Rastley.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard L. VanOrnum (Susan) and Thomas G. VanOrnum (Vickie); her stepchildren, Allen Fukes (Ellen) and Donna Bishop (Pete); and her brothers, George Rastley, Leo (Lorna Rastley) and David Rastley (Shirley). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
