He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon E. Shippee and Venita R. Shippee (Perrigo); and his siblings, Leon "Lenny" Shippee, Randy Shippee and Donna Gail Shippee.
He is survived by: his son Chad Shippee; and his siblings, Timothy Shippee, Mark Shippee, Lauri (Jamie Andrews) and Robyn (John Bango). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
