She was predeceased by: her father William Church. She is survived by: her mother Belva Church (Parker); her daughter Amber Lynn Van Norton; her granddaughter Zoe Campbell; and her siblings, William (Lynne Church), Larry Church, David (Janet Church) and Helen (Charlie Cole).
