He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Weldon and Ruth Weldon (VanTassel); his siblings, Douglas, Ralph, James Weldon and Wilma Girard; and his stepson Shad Fenton.
He is survived by: his former wife Lorraine Kane; his wife Sharon Fenton (Miller) of Gouverneur; his children, Karl W. (Kimberly) of Gouverneur and Judith L. (James Bradley) of Henrico, VA; his stepson Shawn R. Fenton of Gouverneur; his sister Joyce Walton of Gouverneur; and his sister-in-law Alice Weldon of Gouverneur.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Gouverneur Rescue Squad or the Gouverneur Fire Department.
