He is survived by: his wife Jackie Hays; his children, Tammy Hays, Stacie Hays Platt (Thomas), Lindsay Stowell (Clinton), Raymond "Robby" Hays, III, Ashlee Paredes (Ruben) and Timothy Hays; his siblings, Helen Simmons, Carol Mackay, Ellsworth, Gary, J. Douglas, George, Thomas and Christopher Hays; his grandchildren, Taylor, Brooklyn, Courtney, Blaine, Hunter, Levi, Charles, Sydney, Haylee and Kaylee; and his great grandchild Kolton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
