It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Penney Lee Patton of Gouverneur, New York, who passed away on February 9, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James S. Patton and Loretta Patton (Tharrett); her sisters, Phyllis Patton and Robin Patton; her brother-in-law Junior Towne; and her great-nephew Brandon Cardinell.
She is survived by: her daughter Tonya Patton (Tori Tibbits); her grandson Tucker Tibbits; her siblings, Richard "Mousey" (Lynn Patton), Patricia "Squally" Towne, Debbie Rider and Kelly; and her nieces and nephews, Lisa Hadfield, Bobby Cardinell, Jerrilyn Patton, Rachel Phillips, Mike Liscum and JT Liscum.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gouverneur Elks Lodge (1419 US-11, Gouverneur, NY 13642).
